Ions exchangers (R2, LAB, U2)
R2 ION EXCHANGER
COLUMN FOR LABORATORY USE
Ion exchanger used to produce very pure demineralised water. The column is made up of mixed bed gel-resins for anionic and cationic deionisation.
It removes all the ionised bodies (anions and cations), including silica and CO2.
Conductivity : 0,3 to 2 µS/cm.
Flow : 20 liters/hour
Pressure : 2,5 bar (at ambient temperature)
pH (at 20°C) : 5,5 à 7
Maximum temperature of using : 60°C.
Saturation : after exchange of 715 Meq (1 Meq = 5°F).
Resin goes from Blue to Ochre when it is saturated.

LAB ION EXCHANGER
COLUMN FOR LABORATORY USE
Ion exchanger used to produce very pure demineralised water. LAB column is made up of mixed bed gel-resins for anionic and cationic deionisation.
It removes the ionised bodies (anions and cations), including silica and CO2.
Conductivity : 0,3 to 2 µS/cm.
Flow : 30 liters/hour
Pressure : 3 bar (at ambient temperature)
pH (at 20°C) : 5,5 à 7
Maximum temperature of using : 70°C.
Saturation : after exchange of 715 Meq (1 Meq = 5°F).
Resin goes from Ochre to Red when it is saturated.

U2 ION EXCHANGER
COLUMN FOR GENERAL USE
Ion exchanger (anions and cations) characterised by a high exchange capacity, the U2 column is intended for producing demineralised water. The anion exchanger has a sufficiently high basicity to fix a large part of the influent CO2.
Conductivity : 3,5 to 10 µS/cm.
Flow : 20 liters/hour
pH (at 20°C) : 5,5 à 7
Pressure : 2,5 bar (at ambient temperature)
Maximum temperature of using : 70°C.
Saturation : after exchange of 893 Meq (1 Meq = 5°F).
Resin goes from Green to Purple when it is saturated.
