The management by means of the Quality and the Respect of the Environment
Engaged in a way of continuous improvement and control of the risks, our company, whose quality system - certified ISO 9001 since 2002 - amplifies today this step by integrating there the respect of the environment and the concern of sustainable development.
MAXY visualises its activities by means of six processes: :
- One process for management (divided into "Direction/Administration" and "environmental efficiency")
- Three transverse processes are allocated to the service of the customers
- Two processes of support for the transverse processes: maintenance and provisioning.

The quality and environment system lies within the framework of a general policy of management, which is reviewed semi-annually (into the review meetings of direction) in the light of the results of the update of the environmental analysis, the audits and the evaluation of satisfaction of the customer.

It reacts quickly to their signals, in order to foster customer loyalty and to improve the environmental performance of the company.
